The Yale New Haven Health System (YNHH) has released its 'Initial Treatment Algorithm for Hospitalized ADULTS with Non–Severe* COVID-19' (as of posting, last updated on 3 April, 2020).
The algorithm integrates treatment protocols for administration of Hydroxychloroquine for 5 days, consideration for starting tocilizumab 1 dose, methylprednisolone (steroid) 40mg every 8 hrs for 72 hrs, etc. A triage protocol is also given.
The document also lists medications that maybe available through ongoing clinical trials and a list of medications NOT recommended (currently) for treatment of COVID-19.
